Zakka Along Week 19 :: Sugar Cookie Sack

This post is part of the Zakka Style Sew Along, please visit here to catch up if you’re just joining us!

—————

Welcome to week 19 of the sew along!

I’ve enjoyed seeing everyone’s bread baskets this week:

Not only were the projects gorgeous (per usual!), but most of you staged your photo with some bread.  Love it!

We had 21 entries this week and the winner of the Monsterz fat quarter bundle is #1, The Patchsmith!

My computer died yesterday from a power surge and I’m working on a new one, so I’ve lost all of my programs, including Photoshop where I uploaded the random.org picture.

So you’ll just have to trust me that it is indeed #1!

Thank you Cloud 9 for the beautiful bundle of fabric!

We also have a second winner today to celebrate the close of the 3rd quarter.   This winner will receive a $75 gift certificate to the Fat Quarter Shop!

There were 147 projects entered from week 13-18 and the winner is #113, Kirsten’s delightful linen bag.

Congrats Kirsten and thank you to the Fat Quarter Shop!

Alright, on to the new project this week!   We are making the Sweet Sugar Cookie Sack designed by Amy from Nana Company.

If you’ve never visited Amy’s blog before, do head over.   Her style is so sweet and whimsical.

Lots of linen and touches of hand stitching in everything!

Our inspiration blogger this week is Jen from BettyCrockerAss and she has totally made this project her own.

Three different versions she’s created that will hopefully get you excited to start your own!

Once you’ve made your project this week, come back and link it up for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to Fabricworm!

You may begin linking up your finished Sugar Cookie Sacks today through Sunday August 12th at 11:59 pm EST for a chance to win the $25 gift certificate to Fabricworm.

Click on the frog picture below to link up your (one) project or to view the entries.

Happy Stitching, Lindsey
