Saturday Sewing

I finished up the blocks for the Threadheads Bee today.

Chris requested these scrappy blocks from Aneela’s tutorial.   She sent each of us a scrap pack for one and then asked us to make a second from our own fabrics.

I was glad I got PINK because I have lots of that in my stash!   I decided to mix both the ones she sent and my own together and did a light pink and a darker pink.   Love how they turned out, especially the darker pink.    Mostly because I love that cameo of Parisville!

These blocks will be made into a quilt for her little girl Emily, so I pieced in a little ‘E’.

What are you working on this weekend?
